Customer service rep in warranty.
Same position and responsibilities as the position I had with Swire. The main difference is rather than serving about a half dozen large format stores I now have a dozen large and about sixty small format stores including convenience, liquor and gas stations.
Sales position. Responsibilities included ordering product, counting store inventory, stocking shelves and building displays and selling in product to large format grocery/retail chains. Chains represented were kroger, Safeway, target and Walmart.
Hired on as general merchandise manager. In this position I am responsible for ordering and stocking of the department. I have completed RLD 1 and I am going into RLD 2. RLD stands for retail leadership development and is the training program for store level management. Successful completion of RLD results in being placed as a store first assistant. I also work as a person in charge/ head clerk and fill in for the store manager on their days off. In this role I am running the store and the front end team.
