Site surveys Detail components & connections for manufacture Produce client, production and installation drawings Liaise with client & other stakeholders Produce program of site works Building Regulation applications Site health and safety (RAMS) Organise site equipment & manage sub-contractors Manage project from client instruction through to final invoice
Attend Pre start/design team meetings Design criteria management Surveying Production scheduling installation scheduling Design Risk Assessments & Method statements Manage the effective delivery of projects Prepare and agree valuations and final accounts within the framework of the contract
Management, training and development of approx 15 No site managers Conduct recruitment and development interviews Undertake site audits Check that sites are set up in accordance with HSE requirements Audits of on site PPE Project management a number of contracts as principle contractor Produce program of site works Arrange and attend pre-start site meetings Manage other trades & sub-contractors Liase with local authorities regarding planning & building control issues Attend handover meetings. Sign off defects list and arrange & manage the close-out plan
