Accountable for leading our Autocatalyst, Platinum Group Metals and Hydrogen Technologies business units. With full responsibility for P/L performance, strategic execution, and capital deployment across a global, capital-intensive portfolio. Transitioned from Group CFO into the COO role, bringing a combination of financial discipline and operational leadership to drive enterprise-wide performance and transformation. Key contributions include: Leading business performance across a multi-division industrial portfolio, with full accountability for commercial, operational and investment delivery, organisational refinement, safety improvement, and financial outcomes. Driving operational and structural transformation to improve margins, cash generation, and return on capital. Partnering closely with the Board and CEO on strategic direction, risk management, and major investment decisions to drive improved capital allocation and stakeholder value. Previous experience includes Senior finance, strategy and general management roles in Paper & packaging, Waste management, Food and other Industrial manufacturing. In addition I have worked in the Airport and Property development sectors. Now looking for a suitable NED role where I can add value to the business alongside my ongoing Executive responsibilities
