I am a highly motivated professional with almost 30 years’ experience in the facility maintenance industry. As President of City Facilities Management (FL) LLC, the largest privately held integrated facilities management firm in the US, I passionately lead an organization of over 2,000 team members across 26 states. Since 2016, I have successfully overseen the mobilization of six partnership expansions with some of the nation’s largest Fortune 100 retailers, grocers and convenience stores. Beginning my career as a qualified heating & cooling technician, I have first-hand experience of how to deliver excellent customer service and quality for businesses. I subsequently pursed leadership positions with various vendor-model businesses before eventually beginning my City Journey and joining City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd. in the United Kingdom as Operations Director for International Business Development. Later, I had the honor of establishing City’s integrated facilities model in the US with our Jacksonville, Florida headquarters and first partner, Southeastern Grocers. Over the years, City FL has earned numerous recognitions including an award from Governor Scott in 2017 for our job creation opportunities and community support during Hurricane Irma, as well as Southeastern Grocers Partner of the Year in 2019. My expertise lies in fully leading a concept from vision to implementation and delivery. I believe this starts with serving as inspiration to those around me through instilling the confidence and support they need to properly execute.
