During my last 3 years working for BT I’ve been lucky enough to have experienced a broad range of roles gaining much needed experience to further my career. I’ve enhanced my communication skills working as a frontline advisor; a key, fast-paced role that presented many opportunities to work well under pressure whilst managing customer expectations. During my time on the BT business management graduate programme, which I'm undertaking currently, I’ve been able to effectively form strong relationships with many key stakeholders within the business, as well as 3rd party clients when I worked with sales partners, aiding my increased understanding of client centre operations. Regular presentation of analysed sales data to senior management has increased my presenting skills. I’m currently part of a team orchestrating a multi-million pound business change which serves 23k agents worldwide across BT, EE and Plusnet.
