I am a young IT Professional working in a startup environment. We provide cloud solutions through the channel and work directly with small to medium size businesses. My current role is as a service delivery manager handling all delivery of outsourced products from our vendors to our partners. I oversee all orders for our Mountain region and our Canadian partners. I maintain and grow relationships with our partners and act as a cloud adviser.
I manage a team of technical support agents responsible for providing support to end users. We operate as an outsourced end user help desk specializing in cloud software with an emphasis on M365 services.
