Developed an End to End Supply Chain Process covering Engineering and Development, through to Bills of Materials and Production and on to Support, with a controlled Change Management Procedure. Developed costing approach to Configuation Management to understand the real impact of BOM change on the operation and project (Financial and Time) Developed Supply Chain bid process to support new bids, Covering Material and Labour requirements.
