A skilled and highly motivated Manager and Mechanical Engineer, with over 20 years of practical and managerial experience in the gas processing, petrochemical and manufacturing industries with an excellent track record of delivery in the fields of safety, engineering maintenance, asset management, project and turnaround management, technical compliance and business improvement on top tier COMAH sites and offshore installations. I thrive on the challenges presented in diagnosing and determining solutions to complex engineering and process problems, by the need to influence and manage both engineering and organisational change to secure improved performance to meet the business goals. Having worked in organisations large and small over the years I have acquired the communication and interpersonal skills which have enabled me to effectively influence strategy at the highest levels in the organization and engage with teams at any level to achieve effective delivery of the tasks required. I am willing to challenge, and an effective team member. I have expertise in the management and maintenance of rotating and fixed equipment, risk and asset management and I have sharpened my commercial acumen through roles in project & turnaround management, as well as management of multiple assets, including management of the maintenance and integrity functions and budgetary control for multiple offshore installations.
