2020 Season: • Took lead on training initiative for the CORE (inside sales program). Developed innovative learning games and educational sessions emphasizing all aspects of the sales process (primarily product knowledge and sales pitch refinement) • Conducted numerous interviews for potential new hires for both the CORE Program and the Business Development team • Held primary role in developing sales strategies and prospect outreach for the Fan Development focused team • During the COVID-19 quarantine, took leadership role in developing training programs for sales reps. Also organized networking opportunities with other sports organizations to both enhance sales approach as well build and expand individual networks 2019 Season: • Contacted 50+ business executives per day in the San Francisco Bay Area. Held at minimum of 5 face-to-face meetings/week with potential business clients • Generated $481,415 in total revenue ($302,708 memberships sales, $101,959 suite sales, $76,748 group/hospitality sales)
-Contacted 90+ potential clients per day selling the #1 rated fan experience in the city of Philadelphia -4 time winner of the "Player Index" as top monthly rep of Inside Sales department in both revenue and hustle -Responsible for selling Full season, Partial Plans, as well as organized group outings -Engaged with local schools and businesses promoting the unique experience to be gained by attending a match in the MLS -Attended numerous outside events such as youth soccer tournaments and fan watch parties in order to network with potential clients or group outings -Developed and maintained relationships with clients leading to numerous referrals which would increase overall fan experience
