Lead the strategic direction and oversight of our financial advice service, developing and managing a team of Financial Planning Consultants and ensuring high standards across a growing client base of over 600 individuals & over £80m AUM.

- First year as an adviser - over 100 clients signed. - Completed own reports and paraplanning duties. - Part of the 'my Omny' team providing individuals with personalised financial advice.
- Developed and implemented systems to allow the company to meet new Brexit regulations surrounding imports from the EU & exports into Ireland over the long-term. - Worked proactively to find solutions to enable the company to overcome immediate, short-term import & export challenges posed. - Co-ordinated the companies' customs declaration process.
