Support all aspects of financial planning, product promotion and Field education regarding the Company's investments and annuities. •Provide financial planning and expert consultation to Financial Network Representatives, clients and prospects regarding the features and benefits of the Company's products and the use of those products in: Private Client Services, Trust, Personal, Traditional IRA, Roth IRA, SEP IRA, and SIMPLE IRA accounts. •Present specialized planning, proposal, enrollment and technical support to Financial Network Representatives, clients and prospects. •Increased sales annually through: seminars, sales academies, meetings, or video conference. •Create and implement communication strategies for new product introductions and regulatory changes in the Personal, IRA and qualified retirement plan markets.
Responsible for buying and selling NASDAQ stocks for institutional, retail and private accounts. This consisted of maintaining a constant pulse on current market trends, research, and communication with Baird salespeople, analysts, and clients.
