For the past 15 years I’ve worked across complex energy, infrastructure, and industrial projects, specialising in project logistics, heavy lift operations, and marine logistics execution. My experience includes leading logistics activities on major international projects, including Wood PLC’s multibillion-euro INEOS Project One construction program and senior operational leadership roles within DHL Industrial Projects. I currently combine logistics management with hands-on operational execution, supporting offshore wind and marine operations including heavy lift and coaster vessel loading & discharge activities, manpower planning, and HSE-critical port operations. I’m passionate about delivering practical logistics solutions in challenging environments, working closely with vessel operators, EPC contractors, port authorities, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable execution. I enjoy solving complex operational challenges and building strong working relationships across all levels of a project organisation.

Leading end-to-end project logistics execution including technical planning, commercial coordination, stakeholder management, and marine transportation operations involving out-of-gauge (OOG) cargo. Collaborating with global business development, legal, engineering, and finance teams on logistics tenders, contract awards, operational problem-solving, and project execution strategy. Acting as key client interface for DHL Industrial Projects, developing strong relationships with customers, vessel operators, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure safe and efficient delivery. Supporting offshore and marine logistics activities including heavy lift vessel operations, specialist barge transportation, installation coordination, and HSE-critical execution environments. Key achievements Successfully managed the transportation and installation of a 365-metric-ton generator and 230-ton transformer at RWE Pembroke Power Station using specialist RoRo barge, SPMT, and skidding operations under challenging weather conditions. Received DHL UK Employee of the Month Award (March 2025). Awarded DHL Industrial Projects “Heavy Lifter Award” in recognition of operational excellence, teamwork, and project execution performance.
Led project logistics activities for Wood PLC on the multibillion-euro INEOS Project One construction program, one of Europe’s largest industrial infrastructure developments. Responsible for developing and executing project logistics strategy across complex international supply chains, heavy lift transportation, ocean chartering operations, and critical equipment delivery. Managed multimillion-euro logistics contract awards through technical and commercial tender evaluation, supplier engagement, and logistics execution planning. Acted as subject matter expert (SME) for logistics-related technical and commercial matters, providing solutions to complex project logistics and construction challenges. Built strong relationships with project stakeholders, equipment suppliers, freight forwarders, vessel owners, and regulatory bodies to ensure safe and efficient project execution. Designed and implemented logistics procedures, operational processes, and contractor management strategies supporting large-scale EPC construction activities. Key achievements Successfully led logistics engagement for major ocean chartering operations involving critical heavy lift cargo and oversized industrial equipment. Oversaw the delivery of 5 × 750-metric-ton storage tanks from China to Antwerp, recognised by INEOS as a major project milestone. Managed logistics activities within a highly complex, multinational EPC construction environment involving multiple stakeholders, contractors, and international suppliers.
