I have felt privileged to help build 445 utility scale 80 meter wind turbines of power sizes from 1 MW to 2.5 MW during my years in renewable clean energy. This experience was invaluable in gaining an understanding of how to advance this world. Our primary advance during this time was the construction and beginning of operations for 2 Platano Chip factories, the training and implementation of new factory procedures to harvest, transport, prepare, chip, cook, season, calculate, weigh, and vacuum bag the platano chips for home nation and international markets. They are presently sold in Ecuador, Peru, and Colombia as the Carlitos Brand of Organic Platano and Banana Chips.
