Director level position supporting a variety of government and incumbent telecommunications operator clients through-out Europe and the Middle East. Advising operators on issues surrounding broadband access, fibre deployment and business process development. Working with management and shareholders to deliver rapid results, I am responsible for success of the engagement and delivering designs and programmes, organizational and performance improvements for clients. For clients such as British Telecom, Saudi Telecom and others I have been engaged to deliver fixed and mobile broadband solutions (including design, program management, performance metric and requirements and road –mapping). Projects include roll-out of fibre infrastructure, facilities builds, vendor management, GPON implementations and acceptance testing. I have been involved with the development of national roll-out plans (including the financial modelling, technology and vendor selection) as well as TCO analysis of connectivity solutions. My work has also included fixed as well as mobile programmes; VAS retail and wholesale product development; market strategy and customer care programmes. I have been engaged in project to transform practices adapting models such as eTom and delivering aligned with MSP and other methodologies. I often engage to review process designs, best practices, metric benchmarking, governance of program and company structures.
