• IT Security projects implementing increased functionality (DNS blocking), appliances (FireEye), network segmentation, enhanced privileged account management and integration with Active Directory, conversion to SailPoint with ITIM and ITAM, enhanced service requests (ServiceNow), audit remediation, penetration testing remediation and working to meet standards (PCI, HIPAA, SOC, URAC). • Eliminated security vulnerabilities by having clients not send unnecessary PII and an automated rebate detail data transfer system • Wrote and refined processes, procedures and provided templates for new items and enhancements • Established wants and requirements, submitted and recorded RFI’s, RFP’s and worked to establish SOW for products and services. • Worked on moving internal work force into new building with printers, network access, and timing cut-overs and testing.
