I am a former Ofsted Inspector and Advanced Skills Teacher who has worked in senior leadership across a number of schools for the past 20 years. My specialisms lie in developing standards with a particular focus on leadership & management, teaching and learning and quality assurance processes. With over 20 years’ experience in the education sector I understand the challenges and demands that schools face and I have an extensive network of contacts who specialise in areas of school improvement. As a result professional development and supporting schools and colleagues are at the heart of my educational philosophy. These experiences and skills provide me with an in-depth knowledge and understanding which is utilised to support learners, educational establishments and colleagues in achieving their aspirations.
