Richard Gardner is a Boeing Technical Fellow and Human Factors expert with the Boeing Technology Innovation, Advanced Production Systems Technology organization in Everett, WA. Mr. Gardner supports product development and lifecycle design teams by integrating human factors requirements and validation methodologies into new product designs and associated manufacturing processes. Additionally, he manages a portfolio of technologies focused on improving workplace ergonomics and production system efficiencies. He received his M.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado, at Boulder. Mr. Gardner is a Licensed Professional Engineer, Board Certified Professional Ergonomist and member of the Texas Tech University Industrial, Manufacturing, and Systems Engineering Academy.
