As co-founder of SpeechMind, a SaaS company specialising in conversation analysis software, I am passionate about revolutionising the way we design and document our communication. In my jobs I was able to gain a lot of experience in the implementation of mechanical engineering projects, software projects or sustainability projects, which I worked on as an engineer or product manager. Next to my professional career, i did several voluntary projects. In 2021 I have actively spearheaded the community project Calco2go since early 2021. Our mission was to drive sustainable impact through innovative carbon accounting solutions, contributing to a greener and more sustainable world. I have led and built up the team to 20 people. Over the years, my involvement in the Association of German Engineers (VDI) has been instrumental in my personal and professional growth. I've successfully led numerous network projects and served on the board of Young Engineers. In this position, I expanded the team by 20+ people, built a new reporting system and strategy. It all started when i was 16 and started organizing concerts for young people as part of the zivilcourage campaign. (We even got our own office sponsored at the time).
