At 10Adventures we are working to enable regular people to travel like the 1% do. We are bringing private, customizable active vacations to the mass market. Why the outdoors and travel? The outdoors provides so many benefits. Some are obvious, like improved physical health. Some are not as obvious, like more creativity, joy, happiness, improved mental health, and deeper relationships. Travel is critical to educating and connecting us as humans. Travel shows us that we are more alike than we are different. Together, travel + the outdoors is a kind of superdrug, providing education, health, empathy, and it is also great fun. We want to bring these types of experiences to everybody. Outside of work, I'm a lifelong traveler and outdoor adventurer myself. These days I am often busy building Legos with my sons, trying ever more adventurous recipes, reading (alas mostly Thomas the Train and Roald Dahl books) and going on adventures with my wife and three boys in the Rocky Mountains.
10Adventures.com helps people find the best human powered adventures on earth. Let us help you find an exhilarating hike in Yosemite, a road bike ride through the Canadian Rockies, an epic snowshoe in Colorado or a perfect walk through historical Paris. In late 2019 we launched 10Adventures Tours Inc, and work to connect our community of adventure travelers with handpicked, local adventure tour operators and guides around the world, making it easy to book an incredible adventure holiday.
Every week the 10Adventures Podcast brings a new guest to talk about travel and adventure, and how it impacts our lives. Hear about how the outdoors and travel help provide meaning while promoting physical and mental health.
In January 2022 we started Advethr, a 10adventures brand, which enables content creators, influencers, outdoor clubs and outdoor businesses to host their own adventure travel trips. Advethr helps to diversify revenue streams, while also bringing communities together while going on some of the most epic adventure holidays on earth!
