I manage the engine stand refurbishment department for Hydro Systems KG, I have a team of severn engineers and I am responsbile for supplying the airline industry with engine tooling and engine dispatch stands this includes repair, maintenance, servicing and any other requirements the customer may have. As my role as manager I have to work to tight schedules to meet critical deadlines in a fast pace industry, this brings many challenges in which I thrive. My role is very much customer facing and I have daily contact to work alongside them to repriortise tasks where necessary.
