I build data products that business teams, analysts, and data scientists actually trust—and actually use. As Data Engineering Lead at Westwing, I lead the Marketing data domain end-to-end: from pipelines and dbt-based data products (customer journey, CDP, marketing spend & attribution) to semantic layers and self-service analytics. My work sits at the intersection of engineering rigor, scalable architecture, and measurable business impact. Over the past year, I’ve been particularly focused on two areas I find genuinely exciting: → Agentic analytics I built and shipped Westwing’s first production AI analytics capability: a Snowflake Cortex-based agent integrated with Snowflake Intelligence, enabling the Marketing team to query KPIs conversationally in natural language. The system uses a master agent to orchestrate domain-specific agents while ensuring governed, consistent KPI definitions across the organization. I also drive adoption of AI-powered self-service analytics across Marketing teams and leadership, fostering a data-driven culture, reducing ad-hoc data requests by at least 25%, and accelerating time-to-insight. → Agentic data engineering I designed a multi-agent dbt migration framework (Architect → Developer → Auditor → Reviewer) that reduced a typical 2–3 person-day dbt migration effort to ~5–6 hours of human-in-the-loop review, while maintaining 100% data parity. This framework has been adopted by other data engineering teams at Westwing, and I’m now collaborating with the platform team on AI agent governance—focusing on permissions, identity, and auditability. Before Westwing, I spent 6 years in BI and analytics across Optum (UnitedHealth Group) and Wipro’s Oracle Finance practice, building a strong foundation in enterprise data systems and analytics delivery.
