About

I am a public policy professional with a passion for strengthening governance and building institutional capacities. Over the last eight years, I have worked across diverse organizations — from leading projects in non-profits to government bodies — to drive initiatives that blend policy, research, and on-ground impact. Currently, I am working as a Consultant at the Capacity Building Commission, leading Amrit Gyaan Kosh (AGK) — a flagship initiative that is redefining governance training in India. I work at the intersection of policy and practice: facilitating the creation of 100+ India-centric case studies, promoting their adoption across 140+ accredited training institutions and academia, and using these resources to influence evidence-based policymaking towards the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047. Prior to this, I worked with the School Education Department of Madhya Pradesh, where I managed a large-scale Digital Literacy project, from design to execution. My early career, including stints at Krishnamurti Foundation India, LEAD School, and Teach For India, deepened my expertise in curriculum development, critical thinking, and educational leadership.
