As the engineering leader for Expedia's Open World Travel Platform, I lead the development of foundational capabilities such as single partner and product definitions, UI Console, tooling, configuration management systems, billing, and more. Our goal is to unify Expedia's existing partner management systems and tech stacks in a multi-tenant platform that can scale for various B2B businesses at Expedia. I play a key role in defining the tech vision and its execution. Working with stakeholders from various departments at Expedia and partners to collaborate and deliver results in a complex environment.
Built a new team from scratch to build the foundational capabilities like Partner management, unified Console UI and configurable product experiences for Expedia's Control Plane. Working with multiple stakeholders across Expedia to understand the requirements and define tech vision and roadmap.
As a founding member of the core conversations platform team, led the design, execution and delivery of several core components on Expedia's Conversation Platform and Contact Centre as a Service Platform including core conversations API and models, conversational experiences for travellers, experiences and tooling for Customer service agents powered by Virtual Agent building it all from scratch. Successfully delivered world-class traveler support chat experience for all Expedia brands including Vrbo, Egencia, Orbitz, etc, as well as for external partners including Chase and Amex. World-class configurable agent experiences and tools to manage supplier and agent experience. Key responsibilities included technical architecture, development and delivery.
Worked on Adobe's newer collaboration tools like sharepoint integration, document cloud services, Acrobat's Escript plugin and JS APIs.Solely developed a fully automated JS fuzzing framework to help discover vulnerabilities in Acrobat JS APIs resulting in cost savings by avoiding several zero-day incidents. Prepared and presented the strategy to scale the framework for APIs across other Adobe tools.
Worked on several core features of Adobe Reader including reviews and collaboration, JS APIs, document send, Adobe's document cloud services. Developed automation frameworks to enable to deliver high-quality automated releases.
