As the Site Manager of Colorado operations, I oversaw organizational operations for statewide distribution for globally, the third largest, premium spirits manufacturer of liquor and alcohol-related products with multi-million dollar annual sales. Incidentally, I directed statewide sales operations including development and implementation of strategic and tactical sales plans, established sales objectives, and prepared company-wide sales forecasts. I also implemented the print and radio marketing campaigns, including using innovative point of purchase marketing campaigns. Additionally, I spearheaded the vision, strategy, and execution of Colorado business operations including P&L accountability, budget management, generating of new sales leads, and managed key account development and growth. I oversaw staffing, strategic directives, and training of statewide sales teams to include collaboration with marketing on product development, merchandising and pricing to improve sales performances, increase revenues, and generate new sales. While as the Regional Wine Manager, I directed 9-state regional sales operations for wine distribution for a of subsidiary of Beam Global Spirits and Wine. Included in these duties, I oversaw business development initiatives to increase sales growths, generated new revenues, and facilitated key account development for wine distribution in western United States. Directed budgeting operations, use of performance metrics to determine product pricing, facilitated efficient shipping, and new sales generation through product training for 9-state region resulting in significant profit growth each year.
