- Build and manage relationships with customers and carriers - Collect, analyze, and report daily/weekly KPI’s to upper management - Create internal processes to help with flow of work and responsibilities within - Lead Contact when communicating and gathering key information from other branches - Create quotes for business and determine potential new opportunities - Train new employees on navigating our system - Create Excel worksheets utilizing formulas to be presented to upper management and customers
