• Following the EMEA emerging talent hiring, with a focus on Germany (both interns and working students) , from sourcing to offer acceptance (full-cycle recruiting) • Planning and Leading internal emerging talent events, such as speaker sessions, fun activities, welcome events and round tables • Organizing and Coordinating external events, such as partnerships with universities and career fairs
• Coordinated 1000+ candidate interviews during my tenute across EMEA, ensuring seamless scheduling, interviewer alignment, video conferencing setup and candidate communication • Maintained and developed constant line of communication both with the interviewing team and the talent acquisition team, in addition to the provision of administrative support to the talent acquisition team, including process improvement project and other ad-hoc duties • Supported the Emerging Talent team in their daily tasks, such as conducting interviews and cv screening
• Supported the EMEA Recruiting Team in their daily and administrative tasks and helped in the organisation of recruiting events, team engagement activities and recruiting related resources and presentations • Conducted market research around topics such as diversity & inclusion • Assisted the recruiting coordination team and the university recruiting team
• Contributed to the daily activities of the HR department: maintaining employees’ records, recruiting and selection processes and files archive • Participated and helped implementing a new skills assessment policy of all employees • Oversaw two new company projects: sustainability project against food waste in the company’s canteen and updating and revitalizing the company recruitment process
• Organized events and activities of the company • Translated programs, interviews, webpages from Italian to English • Oversaw of the website and its maintenance. Communication with Italian clients and from abroad
• Handled more than 10 companies • Inserted orders and managed the booking of loading and unloading places for my clients from Italy and abroad
