Key Responsibilities: • Directing and guiding a team of 4 with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities within the Project Management Office, organising programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organisation, developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organisation, creating and managing long-term goals. • Developing evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement, implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved, meeting with key stakeholders; including IT Engineers, Neuroscientists, Physicists and Mathematicians to facilitate communication regarding project issues and decisions. Key Achievements: • Managed the successful deliveries of 30+ projects in Software Development, High Performance Computing, cutting-edge research in Neuroscience, in addition to acquisition of Supercomputing Infrastructures. • Promoted from Project Manager, to Program Manager within a year. • Contributed to the optimization of Standard Operating Procedures within the Project Management Office, as well as in the Operations Division, streamlining processes and activities across the divisions (10 processes and SOPs). • Coordinated the standardization of scientific and data management lifecycle, supporting the exponential development of the next stage of the BBP project.

Inselspital is 1 of 5 university hospitals in Switzerland, and trains hundreds of medical students, and provides care for up 250,000 patients each year. Key Responsibilities: • Developed radiopharmaceutical tools for imaging of cancer and bacterial infectious diseases, inspected authoritative publications to discern understudied topics, scientifically researched ideas, co-steered joint research undertakings, led data collection and concomitant interpretation, conducted in-house research presentations, collaborated with Biologists, Chemists, Medical Doctor and Radiochemists, formulated comprehensive research strategies.
Outline: • Venture is a 20 year old foundation, which promotes a start-up competition in Switzerland. Venture provides various activities that help startups to grow, through IP Counseling, Marketing Activities, and Creating Business Plans. Key Responsibilities: • Planned and executed marketing and digital marketing activities in 20+ university and start-up events across Switzerland, managed and developed marketing campaigns, researched and analysed data to identify and define audiences, conducted promotional activities, organised and distributed statistical information, oversaw campaigns on social media, evaluated the effectiveness of campaigns, reported on trends and statistics across all digital media platforms. • Collaborated with management to develop and implement effective communications strategies based on target audience, wrote, edited, and distributed content; including publications, press releases, website content, annual reports, speeches, and other marketing material that communicated the organisation's purpose, collated and analysed metrics.
Outline: • IntraceMedical SA makes fluorescent and bioluminescent probes for the detection of cancer and bacterial infection. Key Responsibilities: • Collected and analysed data relevant to the project aims, identified and developed suitable techniques for the collection and analysis of data, ensured the validity and reliability of data, maintained accurate and complete records of all findings. • Worked with stakeholders across Switzerland, prepared progress reports on research, presented findings both internally and externally, provided documentation on probes (molecules) that the team produced, performed lifetime and toxicity testing. Key Achievements: • Headed a R&D Team in the evaluation of clinical and preclinical reagents, and supported the creation of a start-up company. • Established 2 lines of production, also developed start-up company from project planning, to filing of 2 patent applications. • Spearheaded the successful setup and coordination of a chemistry and biology laboratory, which led to scientific results being finalized in 2 patents.
