Sales Area Manager must ensure the achievement of sales, profit, quality, customer satisfaction and market share objectives in relation to the supply of MINI products and services in the area of competence in line with the dealer's profitability target. • Achievement of the Area Retail Sales and Wholesales target for the MINI brand • Management and implementation of commercial activities in order to optimize the quality of the Area’s performance (focus on target volumes, profitability, market and segment share) • Responsable for network improvement and optimization of territorial market penetration • Ensuring a focused commitment in the qualitative business of the dealerships to develop customer’s journey, with particular focus on loyalty, conquest and customer satisfaction index • Management and coordination of external consultants • Responsable for local marketing activities in order to enhance the brand awareness and sales
