Since the end of my University studies to date, I have established a career, firt as Sales Manager in important multinational companies, than in minor businesses with greater skills also in terms of operations. In recent years, I have dedicated myself focusing on Customer Care activity, both in B2B area with the role of Accountat dedicate to the internal BU located in Italy and B2C as Technical Support Associate with differents levels.
