- Master’s Degree and PhD in molecular and cellular biology. -17 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry: drug discovery R&D Oncology - Project leader Biology following several internal and external projects in preclinical stage from target validation and lead ID up to phase I/II clinical trials (15 Y) - Management of a senior team of 12 scientists in the R&D department of cellular biology. Main duties of the group across all company projects: preclinical in vitro and in vivo mechanism of action studies, biomarkers ID, new targets ID and validation, biomarkers modulation in preclinical and clinical studies (7 Y) -10 years’ experience in collaboration, out-licensing, partnership, projects co-development with top global pharmaceutical companies - Coordinator of new targets identification team and cellular large-scale screenings for future projects development and member of the immuno-oncology team. -Management of FTEs and budget allocation/planning, involved in laboratory facility and equipment innovation/reorganization, responsible person for workers health and safety -Assist and collaborate with the business development team: presentation to internal/external stakeholders, CRO, partners and at conferences, projects outsourcing, documents and reports preparation -Main interests: synthetic lethality, DNA damage response, immuno-oncology, degraders, targeting undruggable targets, poly-pharmacology, innovation
