- Professional career developed in the Safety, Health, Environment, Quality and Operational Excellence areas. Also in Project Management in large multinational companies such as DuPont, BASF and Siemens. - Conducting of negotiations, proposal development, contracts, projects, training, audits, implementation, management and relationship management with companies from several market segments such as Mining; Energy; Foods; Health and Personal Care; Cement, Concrete and Aggregates; Coatings, Steel and Sugar Cane Mills selling and implementing products and services. - Wide network relationship within companies of those sectors above, providing sales, project management, training, audits and business excellence leadership to the team. - Solid knowledgements on SHEQ and project management by working closely with the local Management team and Global Project team. - Leadership experience, cross-functional team’s management abilities, creativity, task priorization and result orientation. - Responsible for the implementation of Coatings Excellence Program (Business and Operational Excellence) in South America. - Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills. Facility to conduct and build technical presentations to external and internal customers as well as experience on benchmarking studies and proposal development. - Two years of International working and studying experience (England and Germany) – years from 2000 to 2002; facility to perform in diverse and multicultural environments; Fluent and advanced in English and Spanish and intermediate German.
In this broader capacity, I am leading SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) Competency and Awareness, fostering a strong culture, mindset, and management system across Archroma. I will drive impactful training, collaborate closely with Site Safety and Environment Officers, support corrective and preventive actions, share best practices, and contribute as part of the SHE Audit team.
