Passionate about Sport and Fitness since I can remember. Since 2015, I have been working and studying daily to achieve excellence in what I consider to be truly an art: the art of training people to be a better version of themselves! I am ambitious, focused on achieving goals, organized, methodical, communicative and, above all, passionate about what I do and with a strong sense of purpose. I have over 7 years of experience in the Fitness Industry in various areas, including personal training, group classes, personal trainer team coordination and club management. Training other professionals is what motivates me most and is my biggest professional purpose. After a disastrous year in 2024, I needed to finish my "Fitness Era" and begin a new "Era" in my life. Being passionate about travel and an aviation enthusiast, I thought - why not work as a cabin crew member for the best airline in the world? So far, this is my adventure of a lifetime and an experience I didn't know I needed.
Personal Training Service at Corpo Perfeito Health Club Guimarães. Training oriented to the most diverse goals, such as: - General Physical Conditioning (Exercise and Health); - Muscular toning; - Weight loss; - Hypertrophy; - Specific joint pathologies training (ankle, knee, hip and spine); - Injury Prevention.
Club Management at Fitness Hut Guimarães. Management oriented to the most diverse goals, such as: - Recruitment of new professionals; - Training in sales and member retention; - Training of new professionals; - Conflict resolution; - Sales coordination; - P&L analysis; - Many other challenges. This was my last challenge at Fitness Hut (Viva Gym Group). The opportuniy came at a time when the club was on the verge of closing. It was a tough challenge due to the various obstacles I faced. However, being a Club Manager at a Fitness Hut club is something I am immensely proud of. It was the culmination of 5 years of hard work and dedication. I learned a lot in this role. I miss my time at Fitness Hut and do not rule out the possibility of returning in the future!

Coordination oriented to the most diverse goals, such as: - Recruitment of new Personal Trainers; - Training in sales, retention and career management; - Training of new professionals; - Conflict resolution. It was truly a great pleasure to have performed this role. I believe i helped many colleagues reach more people and have better careers. During my role as a CPTC, I was also involved in projects such as "One Experience" and "Sniper Project".

Joining Fitness Hut to work as a freelancer was a great challenge, but one I am extremely proud of. I helped many people become stronger and healthier through physical exercise.
Responsible for the Cardio Fitness Room. This was my first experience in the fitness world. The oppurtunity arose while I was waiting for Fitness Hut Guimarães to open. It was really good for gaining some experiene in member interaction before the big challenge that was about to come.
This was my last experience as a Lifeguard. I really enjoyed the short time I spent here. Working in a luxury hotel teaches us a lot about customer service. I remember this lifeguard phase with special affection. It was now time to embark on the professional career I wanted: becoming a freelance personal trainer.
