Responsible for all activities related to buying, in-season management and marketing of the ALDO brand and operations of the ALDO concept in the region. Achieve weekly and seasonal budgeted sales by optimizing buying and in season management decisions. Primary contact to build seasonal assortments and align pricing. Accountable for in season management decisions and ensure optimal execution at store level and/or digital. Acts as effective liaison role for all supporting departments to help address franchisee specific challenges and ensure business is optimized. Planning. Provide customized weekly reports to track SKUs sell thru, WOS and department’s productivity. Review and approve assortments plans, size curves, seasonal and weekly sales budgets and event calendars. Distribution. Complete distribution and ensure all stores are balanced and have optimal inventory. Responsible of replenishment from warehouse reserve, transfer and recalls. Deliveries. Ensure optimal movement of product through the supply chain. Buying. Accountable for product buys during Market Weeks and Publications. Complete buys based on trends, target consumer, addressing market needs while respecting buying budgets and deadlines. Monitor overall specific needs and product opportunities in order to increase overall efficiency of business. Communicate all pertinent and qualitative information to brand buyers, identify best sellers, slow sellers, and repeat opportunities, markdown/price adjustments. Plan and efficiently execute seasonal sale and promotion strategies. Review orders and keep track of modifications. Confirm all pricing and IMU and gross margin targets. Marketing. Prepare Marketing Plan in order to grow regional brand awareness. Store Operations. Work closely with Store Ops Manager in store visits, visit competition, monitor visual merchandise is consistent with guideline, order all supplies and VM tools. Store Planning. Submit new stores and expansion plan with the specific locations.
