As Audio Experience Manager I am responsible to drive customer excitement and passion for all group brands. I am responsible for creating & delivering amazing demonstrations of all group products; building advocacy for our brands with key influences, press, channel partners, and end users; and delivering amazing experiences for our 3rd party event/film rental customers. I am the ambassador for the brands, providing a hospitable experience at the height of the brands etiquette.

As a member of the board of directors for a non-profit social club in Brooklyn New York I hold a number of duties. These range from managing the social media for the club, sorting and delivering retail product, events planning and execution, and facilities management.
-Build retail strategy for products ranging from $150 to $90k -Track trends in emerging business segments -Innovate new ways to create long lasting brand impact -Conduct daily re-caps with management staff in store -Maintain inventory controls to ensure all products are in stock and ready for sale -Coordinate with marketing team for in-store and off site events
-Initiate and maintain relationships with partner brands -Build training program -Provide training to partner brands and influencers -Provide support for trade shows and conventions -Track trends in emerging business segments
- Scheduling of staff across two retail locations - Conduct daily re-caps with management staff in store - Maintain inventory controls to ensure all products are in stock and ready for sale - Coordinate with marketing team for in-store and off site events - Conducted all hiring, sales training, and ongoing coaching with all staff from floor sales associates
- Intimate knowledge of all products available at our retail location as well as those available on our E-Commerce portal - Working knowledge of products currently produced by our competition as well as classic models still in wide use - Manage team of 3-8 brand ambassadors per shift - Provide continuing education for brand ambassadors on best practices for retail engagement in the field of pro-audio - Engage directly with high profile clients in order to demo Sennheiser and Neumann products in excess of $60,000 each
