I am a Social-conscious, ambitious and results-driven person with a goal to make a change in the world through the application of my know-how allied with critical analysis and strategic thinking. In a world as tumultuous and divided as the one we live in today, it is vital that everyone, regardless of their profession, nationality or other conditions, do their part in mending the divides and working towards a better, more equitable and prosperous world for everyone. My passion is to work somewhere where these values are respected and where I have the opportunity to live through these principles that define me. I also want to work in a challenging environment where critical thinking is appreciated and where I have the opportunity to have international experiences in the course of my work. As an International Management student with a major in strategy and consulting and a bachelor degree from both a Portuguese and a French universities, I believe I am well positioned to work in the areas described above. In my free time I love to read and watch series. I also enjoy spending time with my friends and keeping myself informed about global issues, politics and economics. I consider myself to be an adventurous person and I like to learn new things and visit new places.
- Analyzed relevant legislation and regulations to understand a market functioning - Defined the value chain of a product, and measured the impact of said product in the Portuguese economy - Supported in the development of the National Smart City Strategy for Portugal, with a focus on CSF and governance structures - Prepared a National strategy's communication plan.
- Point of contact with corporate partners - Manage all activities of the Lisbon branch and guarantee the quality of the work developed
- Worked on developing a strategic plan for the creation of the promoter position for Reduniq aiming at increasing client acquisition.
- Prepare the On-boarding of new NBS employees - Manage the work medicine database ensuring conformity with Portuguese legal requirements.
- Negotiate projects for the upcoming and current semesters; - Mentor 2 consulting teams (mentored by Fundação Manuel Violante – Social foundation of Mckinsey Portugal – and Deloitte Portugal) - Point of contact for the clients and bridge communications between the teams and the Executive Team
- Development and application of a recruitment process. - Creation and implementation of a feedback system - Negotiation with other faculties to expand the recruitment process for future cycles;
