Contribution on incremental margin at WABCO, by annual cost reductions around 4% for productive parts and 7% for indirect materials. Improvement in the quality and delivery of suppliers, reflecting significantly in end-customer satisfaction (WABCO and Kromberg). As people management at KOSCHU, I reorganized the team and processes to assure reliability and sharing the properly workload for each employee. At AGCO, I reorganized the team and the processes, improving the relationship with other areas and the overall results. At WABCO, I built the Purchasing team, starting from a people turnover of 60% to 0% in the first year of managing and maintaining same level year over year.
