Begin 2020 I got transferred to an internal area responsible to implement Servicenow tool in order to support multiple operations of the internal IBM employees. I'm currently the Lead System Architect, with my team we are responsible to keep the whole program on track with regards to the platform usage, definitions and management of the best practices, aligned with the vendor. Half of my activities are currently more linked to definitions and implementation of the strategy of our whole team where I participate actively on both strategic and operational level.

I led, built and constructed all the architecture and IT Infrastructure for the Youplugy startup. The core business was built following IOT principles, cloud and APIs and I was the only responsible by the definition of the cloud hosting and selection of the plans that best fit the company growth considering costs and performance. The usage of the most recent and modern technologies was key for the rapid development needed in the different phases of the projects.
My main responsibility on this role was leading career and technical skills development and fulfillment of the members that were under my structure as a second line manager. I implemented several methods to follow their achievements and to be able to provide them the best support, becoming reference for other managers. I was also the lead of the Web sector of my business unit, which was called Web Competence area. The area was represented by all the employees that had Web skills like Java, .NET, Web Applications, Javascript, Xml, etc, in a total of more than 200 resources.
