With a strong academic background in Architecture, Urban Planning, and Real Estate Development, and over 12 years of experience in the design and construction field, I bring both an owner's and a designer's perspective to every project. My experience as an architect has allowed me to participate in all phases of architectural design, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, preparation of bid documents, and contract administration. I've also been involved in the pre-construction and construction phases, both as a general contractor and as an owner’s representative. Through this, I've developed project management and design practices, including construction accounting, contracts, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and cost control management, all of which contribute to successfully delivering projects.
