• Oversaw the recruitment, conceptualization and execution of Kyvigan BootKamp, and the creation of a centralized information dissemination to guide forty-eight (48) Kyvigans, in ensuring that the insights shared during HoVo Season are experienced and translated to a personal understanding about children with chronic illnesses. • Collaborated with the Hospitals Department in spearheading Hospital Volunteerism Season, an initiative where all members engaged in group discussions and activities as touchpoints to values like sector-centeredness, medical play, and community-building. • Conducted over 30 hours of individual consultations and interviews with assigned members and kyvigans.
• Supervised members’ and officers’ performance by ideating the content and structure of Individual Consultations required for all members • Synthesized the qualitative data from Individual Consultations and projects' evaluation forms to improve organization's initiatives • Conducted over 50 hours of individual consultations with assigned members and officers.
• Co-headed the Culture Changers Batch 15 recruitment initiative, demonstrating ownership by (1) launching the recruitment theme in collaboration with the Marketing and Design department; (2) overseeing applicant data, resume screening, and candidate interviewing; (3) assisting in onboarding, which includes organizing files, sending team messages, and coordinating timely reminders.
• Conducted the MIND+ mind-body program protocol to clients who were mostly from the Neurodevelopmental Population, under the mentorship of a MIND+ Coach. • Assisted in writing client reports
• Spearheaded and oversaw the brainstorming, conceptualization, and implementation of systems and initiatives for the Mental Health Help Desk. • Responded to students' concerns related to their well-being and inquiries about the Sanggunian's Mental Health Subsidy.
