I graduated from an elite university (Johns Hopkins University) with a masters degree in Cybersecurity. I have a strong background in a lot of domains in cybersecurity but I'm mainly focused in penetration testing and red teaming. I hold a number of penetration testing certificates such as GRTP, OSEP, OSCE, OSCP, GAWN, CRTE, CRTO, GPEN, eCPTX, GWAPT, OSWP, CREST CRT, eCPPTv2 and ECSA (Practical). Additionally, I hold a certificate in Purple Teaming, GDAT, and another one in Threat Hunting (OSTH). I am always Interested in finding new challenges and new problems to solve. Therefore, when I have time, I usually challenge myself to learn new methodologies in the field by trying to break various "HackTheBox" machines. My current rank in HackTheBox is Omniscient, which is only achievable after hacking 100% of the challenges at some point. At some point I was #6 in the hall of fame out of 100,000+ hackers worldwide. I’ve also completed both of their Pro Labs: Offshore and RastaLabs.
In addition to my previous work, I'm doing the following: • Leading and managing a team of consultants • Working on RFIs & other stuff
• Helped increase the overall university's TLS/SSL strength ranking from B to A • Managed a handful of interns in cybersecurity • Helped other departments fix the discovered security vulnerabilities • Created the university's secure programming policy • Created the university’s incident response policy • Conducted technical interviews for numerous cybersecurity candidates
• Established the tasks of the cybersecurity techniques unit • Conducted penetration testing for various web applications, networks, and servers • Conducted static analysis for various web/mobile applications using different tools • Conducted log auditing and incidents response for most security incidents • Conducted Vulnerability Assessment for the university network using different tools
• Taught CPCS-494:Ethical Hacking class and lab in Spring 2019. • Taught the lab of CPCS-425:Information Security class in Spring 2019. • Taught the lab of CPCS-494:Ethical Hacking class in Fall 2018. • Taught the lab of CPCS-425:Information Security class in Fall 2018.
• Searched for weekly solutions to Nessus identified vulnerabilities to help finding patches • Converted Epicor’s data into Microsoft Access database for easier and faster automation daily • Created a batch script to download a program to all the network’s computers using PsExec
