Design components for Sand screen, Flow control & Packer Equipment under Completion product line. Led mechanical design projects using PTC Creo and Windchill, deliver robust engineering solutions for oilfield services. Mainly working on Products-Sand screen, Landing Nipples, Lock mandrels, Packer and their relative components and assemblies. Ensure design compliance with API and ISO standards, enhancing reliability and safety in high pressure environments. Product design reviews with internal and external stakeholders to validate product specifications and design integrity. Record observations, perform calculations in Mathcad and prepare reports on assign work. Manage Engineering change notice (ECN), ECR & NCR ensure timely & accurate design modification. Maintain engineering documents, BOMS and CAD data in Windchill (12.1).
