With a long career in leadership and the trades, I've been on many different fronts from Service to Install, and even CSR and Dispatching. I've been in the classroom and in the field, and my various experiences have given me a broad range of knowledge to call on and solve problems from multiple angles while keeping multiple aspects of an organization in mind to maximize positive change.
