Supporting and leading OSPI's Data Foundations team, responsible for student information data collections, assessment data collections, and the process to share data publicly through the state report card and other data share agreements. State level student information data plays a valuable role in education policy as it begins to tell the stories of our public schools through their reported enrollment, participation in courses, services and activities, as well as student outcomes.
Providing leadership and support to Alternative Learning Experiences, online learning, mastery/competency-based learning, and collaboration with traditional and other nontraditional learning models. - Specializing in ink drawings, watercolor, block printing and paper sculpture/dioramas. - Exhibiting at small galleries, independent coffee shops, and utility poles everywhere.
Provide web developement, design, and animation on a contractual basis for a variety of small and large companies.
- Design, coordinate and implement site wide redesign on large live site. - Update sections, and stories with related content, graphics, and interactives - Recommend online solutions based on mission, trends, and site traffic analysis - Collaborate with reporters and editors on to create solutions to special projects - Edit story and section content for search engine optimization - Record, and edit video, and audio for web - Manage and modify content and templates in the content management system - Develop solutions for integration and display of third party content - Coordinate and collaborate with developers at McClatchy Interactive and its affiliates on development solutions using the shared content management system, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, PHP, MySQL, Perl, Flash, and Rails.
