I am a forensic scientist and expert witness in digital evidence and expert reporting. Barristers and solicitors brief me to prepare independent digital forensic reports and expert evidence. I have received briefs and prepared reports for both the prosecution and defense in criminal matters ranging from terrorism and murder investigations through to civil matters involving family court and property dispute's. I hold a PhD (University of Adelaide, 2019) where my research focused on image and media provenance, and the reliability of digital evidence. My work was published in peer-reviewed journals including the Australian Journal of Forensic Science and Forensic Science International - Digital Investigation, where I now continue as a member of the Editorial Board. Since 2022, RHEM Labs has also been focused on the emerging issues presented by synthetic media, developing LoganAI, one of the first Generative AI tools to enter the Australian Market on the Apple App Store. Reporting to the Head of School, this casual lecturer position is contracted to deliver Design and Innovation, a second year professional practice subject to approximately 100 students. Due to funding requirements of COVID-19, usual fixed term employment was not possible. This course is delivered in a hybrid model facilitated through online lectures and a mixture of online and face to face workshops. In this role I am responsible for the delivery of all content and 3/4 of the course marking.
Reporting to the head of school, this academic appointment on a fixed term contract is to deliver the course TECH 1003 Engineering Technology and Digital Design. The responsibilities include delivering 10 lectures, six workshops, marking two in class quizzes and the assessment of a group project. In addition to teaching the above course, a standard workload model is agreed to ensure the redevelopment of a second year engineering course development for Electrical and Electronic Engineering students is delivered as well as a research report on the forensic implications of 3D imaging technologies.

Responsibilities: - Prepare and review engineering plans, designs and circuit diagrams for projects. - Execute various projects, ensuring compliance with safety requirements, Australian and Holden standards. - Identify and propose improvements to existing electrical and mechanical systems under the responsibility of the Worldwide Facilities Group. - Edit and create appropriate documentation relating to current and future systems. - Periodic maintenance – assisting with meter reading, thermography, and substation works. - Estimate cash flow for projects and internal utility consumption. - Maintain relationships with external contractors. Achievements: - Lead engineer on Trade Waste infrastructure upgrade (design) - Lead engineer on Co-operative project: Scalelectrix for Schools (design to execution) - Design engineer on metering solution upgrade for entire HVO site. - Electrical Engineer assigned to Energy and Environment Week awareness program.
Responsibilities: - Prepare and review engineering plans and designs relating to MY11 Commodore and MY12 Cruze. - Conduct squeak and rattle evaluations, ensuring compliance to relevant statistical engineering methodology and safety standards. - Prepare and evaluate squeak and rattle data to root cause issue in accordance with General Motors Best Practices. - Preparing and issuing Incident Reports (PRTS+). - Interior and exterior systems testing. - Design and conduct product trial evaluations with production line workers and relevant design responsible engineering staff. - Maintain relationships with external contractors and production line workers.
