Directed Museum’s program portfolio of free public offerings including international performances, studio and in-gallery interactives, block parties, community partnerships, and monthly free nights. Developed mutually beneficial and sustainable co-production frameworks with local artists and community leaders to shape Museum programming, evolve internal DEAI organizational culture, and invest in local arts eco-systems. Founder of the Neighborhood Salon Luminary program, a paid embedded artist collective exploring the historic collection as a springboard for new cultural production, and commissioning art amplifying contemporary social issues. Led cross-departmental team to align projects between international/local artists. Supervised staff teams and managed multi-year budgets.
