Richard Gardner is an Associate Partner in the Restructuring & Turnaround practice of EY in Singapore. Qualified insolvency practitioner in the UK with over 19 years’ experience with insolvency, restructuring, forensic investigation and asset recovery matters. This includes five years based in the Cayman Islands specialising in cross-border restructurings and liquidations of collapsed hedge funds and offshore holding companies. Mr. Gardner has extensive experience dealing with both formal Court driven and informal restructurings, insolvencies, disputes and other enforcement matters. Particular expertise in financial services, shipping & maritime, commodities, natural resources & energy production industry sectors.
