- Unterstützung im Recruiting über mehrere Positionen hinweg mit Fokus auf einen klaren, kandidatenfreundlichen Prozess - Mitarbeit an Employer-Branding-Themen, z. B. Content, Messaging und interne Abstimmungen - Mitgewirkt an HR-Projekten, z. B. an der Einführung bzw. Weiterentwicklung von Onboarding-Prozessen, um den Start für neue Mitarbeitende effizienter und verständlicher zu gestalten
