Having worked for 25+ years in the Oil and Gas industry as a Process Engineer for Basic, FEED and EPC oil and gas projects, I am: • Experienced in process design of a variety of processes including Petrochemical Processes, pipelines, Hydrocarbon Processing dealing with licensor and licensed unit. • Have the most significant experience in design process plants, on-shore production units, utilities and off-site. • Experienced in Ethylene Gas and Liquid Cracking Technologies with ABB Lummus and Technip and Stone &Webster; • Engineering calculations, design, simulation and equipment specifications. • Process General Philosophies and drawings (PFD, UFD, P&IDs). • Experience in Feasibility Study, FEED, Basic and Detail Engineering • Good experience in the Design of onshore, oil and gas, refinery, petrochemical, Utilities and off-site. • Procurement services, Technical Bid evaluation, Vendor Interface, and document review and approval. • Participating in HAZOP and have a very good knowledge of process safety and area classification. • Proficient in using software such as HYSYS, Aspen Plus, Flarenet, and PRO II • Familiar with applicable codes API, NFPA industry standards and practices commonly referred to in process engineering • Leading a team of process engineers, provide coaching and management to junior staff. • The ability for supporting proposal teams for process technical part, estimated man-hour, and budget • Good knowledge for producing/review/supervising of all documents in process deliverable list.
