For over 20 years, I’ve been diving into the challenges of operations—whether that’s building a supply chain or fixing broken processes, improving on-time delivery, or cutting out inefficiencies that cost businesses time and money. I’ve worked across pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, retail, and renewable energy, and the goal is always the same: simplify, optimize, and deliver results. Sometimes that looks like turning a backlog into on-time shipments or driving inventory down by 56% in just three months. Other times, it’s about getting the right systems in place—like digitized workflows or SAP WMS—to bring teams together and hit targets of 97% to 100% OTIF. But for me, it’s not just about the numbers. I love working with people—leading teams, teaching, sharing what I’ve learned, and helping others succeed. I’ve taught supply chain business processes at Humber Polytechnic, and I’ve led change in organizations big and small.
