Day to day Facilities Management of 300 retail stores plus state distribution warehouses across Australia Manage the end to end process of all R&M, including procurement of national service contracts where viable & review for ongoing efficiency, cost reduction & the quality of work performed. Day to day management of a campus with the average number of occupants over 1700. Oversee the implementation of Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA) in the campus. Planning and management of maintenance and repair work and monitoring and control. Communication and Coordination between DfE project team, Project Consultant and Builder to ensure all building defects are properly rectified within the Defect Liability Period.
